Humidity tag precision

Hello,
I bought 3 Core modules, two of them have climate module (revision 1.1 and 1.2), one of them is connected to CO2 module + temperature, humidity (revision 2.1) and VOC tags.

I put all of them into same place and found that humidity tag (2.1) report much higher values than sensors on climate module:

  • humidity tag 76%
  • climate modules 51% and 52%

Why I get so different values?

Both version have same Relative humidity sensor SHT20 (Sensirion)
Measurement range: from 0 % to 100 %
Measurement accuracy (typical): ±2 %

Really? According to your docs:

What does it mean to me? Is my humidity tag broken? Or is it problem in climate module?

Ou my fault,
I focused on the version of the climate modules, then yes climate module have different sensor then humidity tag r2.We have report many problems with humidity tag R2. Therefore, this sensor has been replaced.
If you send us a humidity tag R2, we’ll send R3 by return.

Climate module 1.1 is not documented (why?)

1.1 & 1.2 are electrically and parts-wise the same.
in 1.2 we only added some silkscreen and QR Code to the back side solder mask.

Je možné přes MQTT zjisti verzi tagu ? Nebo musím fyzicky do boxu ? Mám nějaké doma (a jeden dle grafů /čidlo vypadá o dost výše než ostatní).

… tak jsem to u toho čidla co se mi nezdálo rozebral, je tam verze tagu Humidity R2.1. Nicméně přehrání FW generic-node z 1.7.2 na 1.7.4 uvidím :slight_smile: trošku to skočilo a pak zpět nahoru. Až koupím další tak ho zkusím v tom čidle prohodit a uvidím. Je to to žluté. To zelené je na stejném patře a jsem testoval dechem :slight_smile: změnu.

Ano je to možné
channel 0:2 je tag R2 na i2c0
channel 0:4 je tag R3 na i2c0
